Liberty National Bank

Alterations & Renovations

Paris, Texas - Completed 2012

After thirty years of continual use, the owners of the bank commissioned Denney Architects to design a "new look" for their main headquarters building in downtown Paris. The project included major alterations to the Loan Services department and the New Accounts department as well as a change in furniture and interior finish materials throughout the 28,000 square foot facility.

Working with furniture consultant Bill Sawyer and Bobby Smallwood Contruction Co., the work was carefully coordinated to provide minimal disruption of the ongoing daily operations of the bank which remained in service throughout the construction period. Construction cost was $XXXXXX ($XXXXX/square foot).
